FIBER-FAB, INC. is a second-generation family-held company that manufactures acrylic and gel-coat bathroom fixtures, including bathtubs, whirlpool tubs, showers, and shower enclosures including a line of ADA-compliant fixtures. The company, which was founded in 1957 by Vern Abrahamson has been owned by Timothy and Judie Abrahamson. The company is a major supplier of high quality fixtures to wholesalers, retailers, and contractors throughout the Northwest, operating from a 40,000 square foot facility in Gervais, Oregon. SHOWER & BATH, LLC is an investment group led by Walt Mulvey who previously was involved in building the Camera World organization and goodguys.com. Other investors include Larry Black of Portland and John Cumming of New York City. ACQUISITIONS NORTHWEST, INC. acted as advisor to the owners of Fiber-Fab who were interested in achieving their exit strategy. ANI packaged, marketed, and facilitated discussions and negotiations with potential acquirers and assisted the parties and counsel in finalizing the transaction in a period of less than five months.
